What this site is

This site displays information about owner-managed vacation rentals and lets you contact the owner directly. It is not a booking engine, payment processor, or online travel agency. Any reservation is made directly with the property owner and governed by the owner’s rental agreement.

Pricing and availability

Nightly rates, fees, taxes, and calendar availability shown on this site are estimates synced from the owner’s listings and calendars. The owner may confirm different final amounts or dates when you book. If anything is unclear, ask the owner before sending payment.

Calendar accuracy

Availability is merged from iCal feeds from third-party platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com). There can be a short delay between a booking on another platform and this site updating. Please confirm specific nights with the owner before assuming they’re available.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the site or contact form to send spam, fraud, or automated requests.
• Don’t scrape, copy, or rebrand the listing content.
• Don’t try to interfere with the site’s operation or security.

Third-party content

Maps are provided by OpenStreetMap. External links (for example to Airbnb or VRBO listings) are offered for convenience; we’re not responsible for their content.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate but don’t guarantee it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, StayAtFlorida is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Any booking disputes are between you and the property owner.
