Privacy Policy

StayAtFlorida ("we", "us") operates stayatflorida.com to list owner-hosted Florida Gulf Coast luxury beachfront vacation homes. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact form. When you submit the contact or booking-inquiry form, we collect the email address, phone number (if provided), and message you enter. This information is delivered to us as an email through our form-handling provider.
- Basic browser data. Like most websites, our host may record non-identifying request information (IP, user agent, referring page) for security and operational reasons.
- Availability data. Availability shown on property pages is merged from the property owner’s platform calendars (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com) and is stored as static files on this site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your booking inquiry or question.
- To confirm pricing, availability, and payment details with you directly.
- To keep the site running reliably and safely.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use the following third parties only to operate the site:
- Web3Forms — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- GitHub Pages — hosts the static site.
- OpenStreetMap — provides the map tiles shown on property pages.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — measures aggregate page traffic. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect personal data. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
- Microsoft Clarity — records anonymized session behavior (clicks, scrolls, mouse movement) and produces aggregate heatmaps so we can understand which parts of the site are confusing or hard to use. We run Clarity in cookieless mode, meaning no persistent identifier is stored in your browser and sessions cannot be joined across visits. Form fields and text inputs are automatically masked in recordings. See Microsoft’s privacy statement and the Clarity FAQ for details.
- Meta Pixel — measures visits and ad results for Facebook and Instagram. It may set cookies or similar identifiers so we can see which ads led to a visit or inquiry. See Meta’s privacy policy.
These services process data only as needed to deliver their service.
Cookies and tracking
We do not sell your data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookie-less) to count page views and Microsoft Clarity (configured cookie-less) to record anonymized session behavior for site improvement. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure Facebook and Instagram ads; that pixel may store advertising cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use Meta’s ad preferences. Our contact form and availability integrations may cause your browser to connect to the third parties listed above when you use those features.
Your choices
You can contact us anytime at [email protected] to ask what information we have about you from prior inquiries, or to request its deletion.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
